This superb high grade coin is well centered and has been graded by NGC as AU.  Boldly struck (NGC strike 5 of 5) and oustanding surfaces (NGC 5 of 5).  The coin features the goddess Artemis within a Macedonian shield.  Artemis was the sister of Apollo,  the deity of the chase, protectress of the young, and goddess of the moon.  The reverse side features a Macedonian club within a wreath, with MAKEΔONΩΝ / ΠΡΩΤΗΣ above and below the club.
